60 minutes of Equipment-based Pilates with Mima Leal. *$30/class.         *Commit for the month: $25/Class.  Members: $20/class

45 minutes of matwork and reformer based exercises

1 hour at Spotts Park including running, body conditioning, team building, and stretching.  $10/class (Members: FREE)

Cardiovascular-oriented hour-long workout

Advanced Pilates

Hardcore 55 minutes of Pilates and Core Conditioning with Mats, Stability Balls, BOSU, Rollers, Discs, Rings, etc. $20/Class.  Commit for the month: $15/clas

 

 BLT & Abs

30 minutes focused on glutes, legs, and abs. $15 per class (Members: FREE)
