Experience/Background: Graduated from University of Houston in 1999 with a BS in Exercise Science/Kinesiology

SA Strength and Conditioning Coach at Uof H for women's swimming and diving, women's soccer and men and women's track and field from 1997-99

Personal Training since 1997

Currently competes in flag football for Houston X-Treme

 

Specialties: Designing each clients workout to fit their needs and goals.

 

Philosophy: Fitness has always been my passion and I want to share that with my clients to make working out fun and challenging.  You have to desire it to get results.
