Monday & Wednesday Night Yoga 6:30pm – 7:30pm All levels of experience are welcome
Houston native, Lauren Lovell has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching for the past three. Her Monday night yoga classes focus on a total body workout appropriate for all experience levels. Yoga is not only relaxing, stretching and strengthening, but is wonderful for your posture and balance. Yoga is a great way to release tension while strengthening your body.
Every Monday & Wednesday evening: 6:30-7:30pm First class is complimentary!
